What is ChildLife?
Overlook Medical Center’s certified child life specialists and music therapists support children and families through medical experiences by reducing anxiety, promoting coping, and encouraging healing through play, education, and creative expression. The Child Life Program helps children understand procedures, supports parents and siblings, and fosters a sense of normalcy and connection during hospitalization and treatment.
